1) Self-help mode:
We provide you with the necessary spare parts free of charge and send you video tutorials to help you replace the defective parts. You can do the replacement yourself.
2) On-site repair: If you cannot perform the repairs yourself in self-help mode, we will organize a visit of our technician to your home by appointment to perform the repair.
Please note: The logistics costs for round-trip transportation may be high due to the size, weight and electrical nature of our products.

My electric scooter battery is not charging. What can I do?
• Make sure the main switch under the seat is in the ON position. • Check that the charger is connected to the battery or to the charging station. • Is the charger connected to a working power source? • Is the charger in good condition? If you answered "yes" to all of these questions and the electric scooter battery is still not charging, please contact the bikehello customer service team.
