Please choose the bank transfer option when paying for your order. After confirming the order, our system will automatically notify you of our bank’s information for receiving funds. Please make the payment for your order by bank transfer following the instructions in the email and use the order number as your payment reference.
Important notice: Your order will only be processed after payment is received, which may result in additional delivery time. One of our representatives will contact you immediately by email or phone after receiving payment to inform you.
If we do not receive your bank transfer within 7 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

Payment by Check, Up to 6-month installment.

We accept staggered payments over a period of up to 6 months. To ensure the quick receipt of your order, it’s very simple. Just send us your check with your first name, last name, and order number written on plain paper to the following address:
Important notice: The processing of your order will only begin upon receipt of your check, which may result in additional delivery time. Our representative will contact you by email or phone to inform you as soon as the payment has been received.
If you choose staggered payments, the first check will be cashed upon receipt of your mail, and the following checks will be cashed at 30-day intervals. For staggered payments, the total amount must be divided by the number of checks to ensure equal monthly payments.
If we do not receive your check within 7 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

To avoid the wastage of delivery resources due to invalid orders, we conduct a necessary verification process for orders to be paid on delivery. For orders with payment on delivery, we only accept payment in cash, by check, or by instant bank transfer. We cannot provide support for payment by credit card via a terminal on site. Payment on delivery is undoubtedly the safest and most equitable payment method for those who are not familiar with online transactions or who are skeptical about online shopping.

Please note that payment on delivery is only available for customers in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Customers from other regions will need to choose alternative payment methods at checkout.
